From Scratch

I'd Forgotten how hard it is to start a corp from scratch, I have been a CEO for about 5 years. but once i secured my core 10 players or so, we never had trouble. Its getting that first few that is the real challenge.

Of course the thought has occurred to be, being that I have six accounts, that I could artificially inflate my numbers, but I have decided to make a stand on the subject. I'm ok with waiting a little longer, or even failing all together, but at least I wont feel like I tricked the people who ARE interested in joining such an interesting project as THIS

That being said, we are now advertising in the corp advert section, looking forward to the new changes to that system in Retribution. Spamming ad's in the Corp Recruitment section and doing the things that corps do to attract attention to themselves, so we hope for the best.

Had some low SP players join the fray last night, they are of course Alts for much more experienced players, one of them was a cyno alt that isn't seeing a lot of use ... had a blast flying around in Kestrel's. I'm confident in the project, i know there are people out there who want the chance to log in and fight without consequences. Eve is a game of Risk and Reward, Action and Consequence, but sometimes you just want to play, and until now, short of High sec ganking or other nefarious activities to find fights, Its hard to commit less than two hours to finding a GF. I for one am grateful to have a character I can fight with and not have to worry about my killboard statistics.
